We believe in educating rather than medicating: understanding not just your symptoms, but what’s actually driving them and how they’re affecting your day-to-day life. Our family-run practice is built around transparent, long-term-focused care rather than a quick fix. Before your first visit, complete the online form we’ll send over by email, and wear something comfortable and non-restrictive, sportswear works well, so you can move freely during the exam.

Your Two-Visit New Patient Process

We run new patients through a two-day process. Day one is your consultation: a 30-minute appointment where Dr Mason Taylor-Hall, a Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) registered with the General Chiropractic Council, takes a full history of what led you here. This includes posture analysis and physical, neurological, and muscular examinations. If X-rays are needed, Dr Mason arranges them and takes them personally nearby. It’s rare for a patient to get an adjustment on this first visit. We’d rather gather everything before recommending a plan.

Day two is your report of findings, scheduled soon after the consultation, also 30 minutes. Dr Mason walks you through what he found, gives you a report folder, and emails your information for your records. This is also when we talk through your personalised care plan and payment options. If you want to start care that same day, your first adjustment can be added on for an additional fee, either at the pay-as-you-go rate of £54 or as part of one of our three flexible care plans.

Flexible Payment and Transparent Fees

We keep our fees upfront and accept credit cards for convenience. You can pay as you go or choose from three care plans designed to make ongoing care more affordable. A wellness membership programme is also coming soon for patients who want to maintain their progress over the long term.
